Overcast Provia 100f

Overcast Provia 100f

I have been thoroughly enjoying shooting with my Hasselblad 501c. Even though I have shot with one quite a bit, changing cameras from my GF670w to this still takes some getting used to. I am trying to get more accustomed to it before our next trip, as it will be the only camera I am bringing.

The other day, Bruce mentioned he wanted to shoot some photos of a derailed hopper in Bayview yard, after he got off we met-up, braved the rain and avoid a worker to take photos of this car. The rain ended our night early, but I had 9 shots left, so I shot with Jacob the next day.

We decided to head over to Fort Armistead, the armpit of Baltimore. We would have preferred to visit Fort Carroll, but it is still winter and kayaking over was not really something I wanted to do.

Fort Armistead is at the base of the Key Bridge and is just disgusting. Covered in graffiti, overgrown trees, and garbage, as well as a popular place for people to meet-up for sex, nothing about it is appealing. However, LBJ wanted to go here for a specific photo, so I polished off my roll of Provia 100f. The day was overcast, perfect for low-latitude slide film.

There you have it, all 12 shots from this day and previous night. I was pretty happy with them. Tell me what you think.
