Airport Sleepers
In January, my wife and I went to Taiwan, which was amazing, as usual I have not finished my post about that, however, the end of the trip was not quite as fun as the beginning. We had a flight from Taipei to Beijing then a flight from Beijing to New York, unfortunately for us, mother nature had a different plan.
When we printed our boarding passes for Beijing, they would not allow us to print boarding passes for our flight from Beijing to JFK, this was not a good sign. We knew a blizzard was coming, but we did not think that it was going to get there before us.
Upon arrival in Beijing, we went directly to the counter and were told "the flight is canceled, there are no other flights for a week, and the next flight after that was in February; that seemed insane, so we asked about flights to closer airports.
We were able to get onto a flight going to LAX and then a flight from LAX to JFK. That is another story. We had to stay overnight in LAX, so hunkered down, ready for the long night. LAX is a horrible airport, by the way.
I spent the night walking around taking photos of everyone sleeping, which is what this post is about. Everyone had their own methods of getting sleep, and a couple ladies seemed to have everything they could possibly need except a bed.
All of these were shot on my GF670 and Portra 160.
